We know that deciding to transform your kitchen can be daunting. There’s a lot to consider and a lot at stake. There’s also the prospect of mess and strangers in your home.
With Chardome, you needn’t worry about anything. We understand the concerns of our customers, so we work hard to ensure clarity, cleanliness and quality at every stage of the process to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. As well as working closely with you and working to your requirements and situation, we are a small team so you’ll never be dealing with strangers - your dedicated team with you from conception to delivery.

01 FIRST MEETING
We start our journey together with an in-depth consultation. This is where we sit down with you to discuss your vision, ideas and aspirations for your dream kitchen. From room layouts to style preferences and colour schemes to project timelines, we listen to understand the details that matter to you.
02 VISIT US
Immerse yourself in the Chardome world by visiting our showroom. Here, you'll have the opportunity to meet our dedicated team in person, see our craftsmanship and draw inspiration from our portfolio as well as explore our showroom kitchen itself. You'll leave with our brochure, brimming with design possibilities
03 PLANNING & DESIGN
From your input and inspiration, we develop a detailed project brief that encapsulates your unique style, design preferences, and specific requirements. Our design team takes your project brief and brings it to life with the help of CAD software. Through intricate 3D designs, we provide you with a visual representation of your envisioned kitchen, ensuring that every aspect aligns perfectly with your expectations. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll define the finishing touches, from handles to taps.
04 THE BUILD
Once you are happy with the finished design, our cabinetmakers will start to make the various elements of your bespoke kitchen. Every component of your new kitchen is meticulously built with precision and care right here at our workshop in Cambridge. We take great pride in our handmade approach, ensuring that every detail meets our exacting standards.
05 INSTALLATION
Once all of the elements of your kitchen have been created, we will arrive at your home for the kitchen fitting process. We hope that our efficiency and professionalism ensure a hassle-free experience for you and your family. Because the team who makes your kitchen, fits your kitchen, it is executed to the highest quality. We also take care of the cleanup, leaving your space immaculate and 100% complete - ready for you to enjoy.
06 AFTERCARE
Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the installation. We ensure a smooth transition as we deliver your dream kitchen, and we remain available for any questions or adjustments you may need in the future.
